Eating celery is technically exercise. When you eat celery, you burn more calories than you consume.
That's true. The same with iceberg lettuce.
Also Pickles. Each Dill Pickle only contains 2 calories. You use more calories digesting the pickle than you consume.
Only true if you eat it plain. Otherwise you're still gaining calories.
