Hot water weighs more than cold water.

Actually, water is at its densest at 4 degrees celius as a liquid, so no hot water is not heavier than cold water it is actually vise versa

Actually cold water would weigh more in an open environment. Since cold water would absorb the gases in the surrounding area. Think about your soda bottle. There's more "fizz" in a cold bottle when opened. The fizz evaporates and releases more trapped gases as the temperature rises. Gas has weight too. Less absorbed gas means the overall weight of the liquid would be less.

no if its not evaporated jus hot it would weigh more because the molecules in the water expand when its hot and when its cold the molecules come closer together. it actually might look like thers more water in water container u r using to compare the two because of that reason..
